The Program: Mature movers is my own fitness program designed for the more mature person who wants to keep fit without the hustle and bustle of a gym and without having to try and keep up with the pace of much younger people.
These sessions are all about doing what you can do, the routines are designed to be able to enjoy them seated on a chair, using a chair to balance or simply on your own two feet. It doesn’t matter If you prefer to sit and move or bust some old school moves form back in the day, you will be encouraged to push yourself safely.
The music is tailored to suit the people that join me so its not unusual for a good old fashioned “sing along” to be heard.
Most importantly though, it keeps joints moving, gets the body releasing those all-important chemicals that help you stay fit and healthy, keeps the heart pumping in a safe and enjoyable way and will become an social event to look forward to every week, meeting people and making new friends with a common goal, stay as fit as you can for as long as you can.
