Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

  • Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
  • In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

I’ve been with Leicester Lisa 2 years now and I’ve loved every minute of it. I started off just doing once class a week (I was unfit then) then week by week before I knew it was going every day and doing 6-8 classes a week. I’ve done every class Lisa as put on for us and loved everyone of them. I went to Lisa classes on my own and before I knew I had got lots of new friends.
